What is the nutritional or natural methods to dispel all risperdal effects?

I have been being forced to take risperdal, a psychiatric drug for about 10 months now, and I am afraid I am having a declining health. I tried searching for a legal assistance for me to quit taking risperdal because I believe it is an unsafe drug, but I do not think I am able to find one in my place, Singapore. I think what I can do now is to reduce the effects of risperdal using natural or nutritional methods, or probably by taking food supplements. Can anyone suggest to me some ways?





(Is taking ginkgo a good option?)
