Has anybody actually cured impotence by taking herbal supplements such as ginkgo biloba or cayenne fruit?

I%26#039;ve never heard of either of those used for impotence. It sounds like you might just be thinking %26quot;viagra%26quot; type supplement.

I have heard that impotence can be caused by not enough zinc or improper zinc absorption. You might try a zinc supplement. Take it away from calcium as they use the same absorption mechanism so compete. Find some high zinc foods you like and add them to your diet, as natural form is always the most usable.

Adding B vitamins to your routine is always a good choice, and may help too since many are low in B vitamins due to our dead food diet. B%26#039;s affect energy and many functions of the body, so cause a lot of problems when missing. Take 2 x a day morning and early afternoon. Not in the evening as they are mood elevating and can cause sleep problems.

Also, address adrenals and overall well being. Do you have any fatigue issues? See here a list of potential symptoms of adrenal fatigue - http://www.drrind.com/scorecardmatrix.as...

Instead of finding a magic bullet, you may need to find the cause and address it. It will be better all the way around.

Has anybody actually cured impotence by taking herbal supplements such as ginkgo biloba or cayenne fruit?
Ginkgo %26amp; Cayenne are both known for increasing blood circulation to the extremities. They are especially helpful if poor blood circulation is the primary cause of erectile dysfunction. In these cases, the person is usually also suffering from chronically cold hands and feet. I%26#039;ve heard reports of Ginkgo helping when heart medication was the cause.

However, the term %26quot;impotence%26quot; implies an underlying cause, either psycological or hormonal. In that case, other herbs might be more useful, such as Ginseng, Maca, Damiana and Saw Palmetto. In aromatherapy, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli %26amp; Jasmine are considered aphrodisiacs. Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly can help give an energy boost, too.
Reply:My boyfriend sure couldnt. Cialis worked for him. Good luck.
Reply:Well, I doubt that would work at all for a couple reasons. First, Ginkgo Biloba is only good for helping circulation to the brain, not the genitals.

Cayenne can help with circulation to the whole body including the genitals... but it can only help while it%26#039;s in your system. Some people may find relief from impotence when they take Cayenne (or other circulation aids like L-Arginine), but herbs only work while they%26#039;re in your system
