Vitamins/Nutrients to Increase mood?

Which vitamins/nutrients/supplements that are safe, can I take for increasing happiness and mood? *nothing illegal, obviously* I%26#039;m currently taking Ginkgo, but that%26#039;s for memory and brain function. What about overall happiness and mood, kinda like an anti-depressant vitamin. Any ideas? thx -

A vitamin B complex can be helpful and perhaps a mineral supplement. The best way though is to find out what might be out of balance for you individually. If you are deficient on zinc you%26#039;ll find it harder to be happy as well.





You can use muscle testing to find out what it is that you need and how much. That is the best way and saves you from taking unnecessary supplements as well.
